The application form fills from your profile — contacts, links, salary, notice period, your resume. Where it asks for a cover letter, one tap writes it for that role, and the employer's own questions come back as drafts you edit. You press submit.

Install the extension
Add ResumeQuick to Chrome or Firefox. It reads LinkedIn job pages and application forms on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters and Teamtailor straight after install.

Connect your ResumeQuick account
Create an account and build your resume, then press Sign in with ResumeQuick in the extension and allow access. A personal API key from Settings → Extension & Claude works too.

Open a job, then its application
On a posting, the panel shows your match and your gaps. On the application form, it fills what it can, writes the cover letter where there is a field for one, and shows what to do before you press Submit.

LinkedIn job pages are read out of the box, and application forms on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters and Teamtailor work straight after install. On any other site, open the panel on that tab to read the posting, or grant access to that one domain so it can check the page for a form. You can also paste a description in by hand.
No. It fills the form, drafts what it can, and stops there. Reading it over and pressing Submit stays with you, on every application.
Installing costs nothing. Analyses, cover letters and answer drafts run on your ResumeQuick account: every account includes a monthly quota, and paid plans raise the limits.
Only the posting you ask it to analyze and the field labels of the form you ask it to fill, sent to ResumeQuick under your account. It reads a page when you ask it to, never tracks your browsing, and keeps its sign-in in your browser. See the extension privacy policy for full details.
Yes — the same extension is available on Firefox Add-ons and shows results in the sidebar. On Chrome and Chromium-based browsers like Edge or Brave, it uses the side panel.
Results come in the language set on your ResumeQuick account — 12 languages including English, Spanish, German, French, and Japanese. The job posting itself can be in any language.
The posting is compared against the resume on your ResumeQuick account — the experience and skills actually written there, not a count of matching words. That is also why the gaps it names are ones you can act on.
From your resume and the answers you wrote in your profile. Drafts for the employer's own questions also draw on the analysis of that posting. If you have not written something and it cannot be drafted, the field is left empty and marked for you.
Where the form takes a file, yes: the resume is rendered as a PDF, attached, and then checked that the uploader accepted it. If your plan has no PDF left for the month, the rest of the form is still filled and the report asks you to attach the file yourself.
