Your data is used to provide and improve our services, generate personalized career recommendations, process payments, and send service notifications. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data Retention
We keep your resumes, vacancy analyses, interview results and offers for as long as your account exists, so your career history stays available to you. Archiving an item hides it from your lists — it does not delete it, and archived items are kept indefinitely. You can permanently delete any item yourself at any time, and deleting your account removes all associated data. Some records may be retained longer where the law requires it, such as payment records kept for tax and accounting purposes.
Your Rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time in your account settings, in the Telegram bot, or by contacting our support. If you are in the EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR. On request we will provide a full machine-readable copy (JSON) of your data within one month, free of charge, after verifying that the request comes from the account owner.
