What It Actually Does
Four things, and you can check every one of them on the form in front of you
A Second Instead of Ten Minutes
Name, contacts, current role, notice period, salary expectation, work authorization — the fields that repeat on every application are in place before you have finished reading the page, and highlighted so you can check each one.
What You Typed Stays What You Typed
A field you have already filled is left exactly as it is. The extension works on the empty ones, so the sentence you wrote for this particular company survives.
Demographic Questions Are Left Alone
Gender, race, disability and veteran status are yours to answer or skip. The extension steps over that whole section and puts nothing in it.
The Open Questions Get a Draft
“Why do you want to work here?” comes back as a draft built from your resume and the analysis of this posting. You read it, change what you want, and insert it yourself — the draft reaches the form only when you put it there.
